Carlos Baleba Passes Manchester United Medical Ahead of £70m Brighton Transfer

Carlos Baleba has reportedly passed his medical with Manchester United ahead of his move from Brighton & Hove Albion.

According to Sky Sports, the Cameroon international has agreed to a five-year contract with an option to extend until 2032.

Manchester United are now working to complete the final paperwork on a deal worth £70 million. The agreement includes a guaranteed £65 million payment, with a further £5 million available in bonuses.

An official announcement from Manchester United and Brighton could follow on Monday once the remaining formalities are completed.

The Red Devils opened their campaign with a shock 2-0 defeat to newly promoted Hull City on Saturday.
