“Probably Fury”. Francis Ngannou named his potential boxing rivals
UFC champion Francis Ngannou has named potential opponents for a future boxing match.
Quote: "I don’t have a specific name right now [regarding who I want to fight]. I think it depends on the situation [when I return], but why not throw out a name like Deontay Wilder or a rematch with Fury? I don’t know.
I’m open to anything that makes sense. Deontay Wilder is definitely a name that interests me," Ngannou told Boxing Social.
Reminder: Ngannou has fought twice in professional boxing. First, he lost a competitive bout to Tyson Fury, and then he was knocked out in a fight against Anthony Joshua. The referee stopped the fight in the second round after Ngannou was knocked down by a punch from AJ.
Afterward, the Cameroonian-French fighter announced his return to MMA. The French-Cameroonian will fight October 19th against Renan Ferreira in MMA.
