Preparing a transfer. Saudi club agrees contract with Chelsea star
Al Hilal has taken a major step toward signing Chelsea winger Pedro Neto. According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the Saudi club has already reached an agreement with the 26-year-old Portuguese international on personal terms.
Now, Al Hilal needs to come to terms with Chelsea. The London club is prepared to let Neto go and is hoping to receive around 60 million euros for his transfer. Negotiations between the two sides are ongoing, with representatives of the Saudi team confident they can seal the deal.
As a reminder, Pedro Neto joined Chelsea in the summer of 2024 from Wolverhampton. Before that, the Portuguese winger played for Braga, Italy’s Lazio, and Wolverhampton, where he moved in 2019. It was with the English side that Neto truly broke through in the Premier League and caught the eye of Europe’s top clubs.

The move to Chelsea marked a new chapter in his career, but now Neto could be on his way out of London after just two years. Al Hilal is determined to strengthen its attacking line and expects the deal with the Blues to be finalized in the near future.
