Negotiations for Neto have advanced after Al Hilal submitted a new offer that significantly meets the Blues' demands. The source reports that agent Jorge Mendes is now just one step away from finalizing the deal.
Tottenham initially pursued Neto, but as the London club closed in on signing Savinho, that option effectively fell through. Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Savinho is now the top priority for Spurs, leaving Neto firmly in Al Hilal’s sights.
If the Portuguese winger departs, Chelsea will shift their focus to Conceição. However, the 22-year-old prefers to stay in Turin, viewing Juventus as the perfect place to develop his career.
