Premier League: Tolu Arokodare Scores as Wolverhampton Fall 3-1 to Chelsea

Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare found the back of the net in Wolverhampton’s 3-1 defeat to Chelsea at Molineux Stadium on Saturday in the Premier League.

Chelsea’s Cole Palmer stole the spotlight in the first half, scoring twice from penalties and adding another goal following a clever assist from Cucurella, completing a remarkable hat-trick.

Wolves briefly responded in the second half when Arokodare converted a close-range flick from debutant Adam Armstrong off a corner kick, giving the home fans something to cheer about.

Despite Arokodare’s effort, Chelsea held on to secure a 3-1 victory. The defeat leaves Wolverhampton winless in their last five Premier League games, having lost three consecutively, and anchored at the bottom of the league table.
