Premier League newcomer to buy young midfielder from Chelsea

Young Chelsea midfielder Omari Hutchinson will not continue his career at his current club.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Hutchinson will rejoin newly-promoted Premier League side Ipswich Town, for whom he played last season on loan.

However, this time it will be a permanent transfer rather than a loan. Financial details of the deal are not disclosed, but it is known that Chelsea will receive a percentage of the 20-year-old's next sale.

Besides Ipswich, Hutchinson attracted interest from Bundesliga clubs, but the player himself preferred to stay with the "Tractor Boys."

Last season, Hutchinson scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in 44 Championship matches.

Notably, Ipswich has returned to the Premier League for the first time since the 2001/02 season.
