Premier League club ready to offer good contract to Borussia Dortmund striker
There are many indications that Borussia Dortmund forward Niclas Füllkrug will leave the team. The rivals for the 31-year-old German are ready to offer him a good financial contract.
West Ham are vying for the signing of the recent Champions League finalist, and it is the Hammers who intend not to offend Füllkrug financially. According to Sky Sports Germany, the Borussia Dortmund forward has a contract in London with a salary in the region of 2.5 to 3 million euros a year.
That equates to between £41,000 and £49,000 a week and, according to the report, "almost as much" as he earns at Dortmund.
For now, all that remains is for the clubs to agree, and there is disagreement here. Borussia are demanding West Ham put 30 million euros on the table immediately, while the Hammers are willing to pay only 25 million euros, but also add bonuses.
