Powerful! Kylian Mbappé bids emotional farewell to Luka Modrić in heartfelt post

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has responded to the news that his teammate Luka Modrić will be leaving the club at the end of the current season. The French forward shared an emotional post on his Instagram page.

Mbappé posted a photo of himself with Modrić, accompanied by a touching message.

"Brate, I was lucky enough to be able to play and share the locker room with you this season. I saw closer what GREATNESS really means… Before to be one of the best players of all time, you are a wonderful person. You wrote the history of the best club in the world for more than a decade and won everything. But you won something that have no price: the respect and the admiration of the world. Thank you for everything LEGEND," wrote Mbappé.

It is worth noting that Luka Modrić joined Real Madrid from Tottenham in 2012 for a fee of €35 million. With the Spanish giants, the Croatian midfielder captured a plethora of trophies, including six Champions League titles, four La Liga championships, five UEFA Super Cups, and five FIFA Club World Cups. Modrić is also the recipient of the 2018 Ballon d'Or.
