Porto set to sign Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia

Details: According to Voetbal International, Porto are closely monitoring 26-year-old Dutch defender Tyrell Malacia from Manchester United.

Reports indicate that there is currently no official transfer offer on the table, as Porto are still weighing up the pros and cons of the move. However, if a decision is made not to make an offer during the winter transfer window, Malacia could join Porto as a free agent in the summer.

Malacia joined Manchester United in 2022 from Feyenoord for €15 million, but has struggled to cement his place in the starting eleven, making just 48 appearances for the Red Devils. This season, Malacia has played three matches for United and even found the back of the net once.

Tyrell Malacia's current contract with Manchester United runs until the summer of 2026, with his market value estimated at €5 million by Transfermarkt.
