Dani Ceballos' situation at Real Madrid has reached the point of no return. The midfielder, whose contract runs until 2027, has already decided to leave the club in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to Marca.
The club's stance is also clear – Madrid are prepared to part ways with the player, but not for free. The management expects to receive a transfer fee, as well as lighten the wage bill and open up space for new signings or the development of young talent.
One of the main contenders for Ceballos is Betis – the club where the midfielder previously played and which remains attractive to him both emotionally and in sporting terms. However, the deal could prove tricky due to financial constraints and the need to agree on a transfer fee.
