Player Strikes Coach in Egyptian Second Division Match
During a game in the Egyptian Second Division, Ahmed Abdel Wahed Shahin from Al-Mansoura had a very angry reaction when his coach, Alaa Nouh, took him out of the game. Shahin had only been playing for three minutes when Nouh replaced him in the 72nd minute, after another player had been substituted in the 69th minute.
Shahin was clearly upset about being taken out and left the field crying. His teammates and the team manager tried to comfort him as he went to the locker room. But Shahin's anger grew, and on his way to the dressing room, he rushed towards the bench and pushed his coach in the chest.Other players had to step in to stop the situation from getting worse.
The result at the time was in favor of Arab Contractors over Mansoura, with three clean goals, and during a difficult match, this incident highlighted the ongoing conflicts within the team.
