Played less than a minute. Sevilla striker Romero sent off immediately after coming on

Sevilla hosts Real Madrid in Matchday 37 of the Spanish La Liga. While this clash carried no tournament intrigue, it certainly delivered its share of drama.
As early as the 12th minute, the hosts were reduced to ten men after Loïc Badé was sent off, but they managed to keep a clean sheet until halftime. Early in the second half, Isaac Romero took to the pitch, but his time on the field was shockingly brief.
The forward lasted less than a minute before receiving a straight red card for a reckless challenge on Tchouaméni. Initially, the referee showed Isaac a yellow card, but after consulting VAR, he upgraded the decision and sent him off.
To recap, Real Madrid has already secured second place in the table, while Sevilla has lost all hope of qualifying for European competitions but has ensured safety from relegation.
