In the fourth round of the UEFA Champions League, Chelsea travelled away to face Qarabag, but an early blow struck the London side almost immediately.
Details: Just minutes into the match, Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia picked up an injury after only five minutes on the pitch. He was unable to continue and left the field in the seventh minute, with Moisés Caicedo coming on as his replacement.
By the way, Chelsea’s head coach recently fielded the second-youngest starting lineup ever used by an English club in an away UEFA Champions League match.
Reminder: Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca confirmed that Portuguese winger Pedro Neto missed training and would not feature against Qarabag.
