Pharaoh in form! Mo Salah trains with Egypt squad ahead of Ethiopia clash

Mohamed Salah has joined the Egypt national team for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. The official Instagram account of the Egypt team shared photos and videos from the training session.

In the photos, Salah is seen training with the team. A video was also released showing Mohamed juggling the ball during practice. It seems the Egyptian star is in high spirits and fully prepared to help his team secure a spot in the World Cup.

Let's not forget, tonight Egypt will face Ethiopia away in their next qualifying match. On March 25, Egypt will host Sierra Leone at home.

It's worth noting that Egypt currently leads their qualifying group with 10 points from 4 matches. Salah is one of the top scorers in the tournament with 5 goals, sharing the top spot with his compatriot Trezeguet, Gabon's Denis Bouanga, and Mali's Kamory Doumbia.

Additionally, Salah and Trezeguet have scored almost all of Egypt's goals in this qualifier, accounting for 10 of the team's 11 goals.
