There is reason for cautious optimism at Manchester United regarding Patrick Dorgu's condition.

Details: According to centredevils, despite the seriousness of his injury, the 21-year-old Dane is making significant progress in his recovery. This week, the player started strength and conditioning work at the Carrington training ground. Dorgu is working closely with the medical staff and strictly following his individual rehabilitation plan to rejoin the squad as soon as possible.

It is worth recalling that back at the end of January, ahead of the match against Fulham, the Red Devils' manager confirmed that the injury turned out to be trickier than initially expected.

“Unfortunately, Pat will be out for a period of time. At first, we hoped it was just cramp, but scans revealed a more serious issue. It's disappointing for all of us, especially considering the fantastic form he was in,” Carrick noted.

Now, however, there are reports that things might not be as bad as feared.

At the moment, the club's physiotherapists are doing everything possible to accelerate the player's return for the crucial fixtures, and if recovery continues at this pace, Dorgu could be back on the pitch very soon.

It's worth noting that this season, the Danish player has made 24 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions, scoring 3 goals and providing 3 assists.
