Palmeiras wants to bring back Gabriel Jesus. The main issue may be the player's price
Palmeiras is interested in bringing back Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus, as reported by Bolavip.
Details: According to the source, the Brazilian club plans to attempt to sign Jesus in January so he can represent Palmeiras at the 2025 Club World Cup. The club believes that acquiring the Arsenal forward will strengthen the team and attract media attention.
Additionally: It is reported that Arsenal hopes to receive around €40 million for Jesus, but Palmeiras is looking to lower that amount during negotiations. It is still unknown how the player himself feels about this potential development, as his contract with Arsenal runs until the summer of 2027.
Interestingly, the Brazilian forward has lost his starting spot at the "Gunners" at the beginning of this season. Jesus has appeared in five matches but has not registered any goal contributions. Notably, he played the full 90 minutes only in the match against Bolton in the EFL Cup.
