Reports indicate that Schick now intends to focus on his club career with Bayer Leverkusen after the Czech Republic crashed out of the World Cup, failing to advance from the group stage with just 1 point from 3 matches and conceding 6 goals.
Patrik Schick made his debut for the Czech national team back in 2016, stepping onto the pitch in a friendly against Malta and scoring in his very first appearance. Throughout his international career, Schick netted 26 goals for Czechia.
