Out of favour striker Tashreeq Morris to join former Kaizer Chiefs coach at PSL club Durban City
Striker worked with City coach Ben Youssef Khalil at Chiefs last season
Tshareeq Morris is reportedly on his way to Betway Premiership side Durban City.
The out of favour Kaizer Chiefs striker is seeking greener pastures given his lacklustre stay at Chiefs last season.
Morris has been a bit part player for Amakhosi with less than 10 appearances for the club and the talk of him leaving are not a surprise.
He has not been short of suitors as Stellenbosch FC coach Gavin Hunt is a known admirer of the former SuperSport United striker.
But Durban City has emerged as the most likely destination for Morris who is desperate to get his career back on track given that he is in his twilight age, 32.
That former Chiefs coach, Ben Youssef Khalil, is in charge at City will augur well for Morris' potential move.
