Ousmane Dembélé named France's athlete of the year
It’s been a sensational year for the PSG forward.
Details: Today it was announced that 28-year-old PSG and France national team forward Ousmane Dembélé has been named France's athlete of the year by L'Équipe.
Dembélé scored 803 points, securing the top spot ahead of French swimmer Léon Marchand and sailing specialist Charlie Dalin.

This year, Dembélé has already claimed prestigious individual honors such as the Ballon d'Or and FIFA's Best Player of the Year award.
Joining Dembélé in the Top 10 is another PSG footballer—Désiré Doué, who finished ninth with 71 points.
In the women’s category, cyclist Pauline Ferrand-Prévot took top honors.
