Orlando Pirates' Neo Rapoo reveals what coach Abdeslam Ouaddou told them ahead of their 3-1 win over Las Cure Waves

Neo Rapoo has discloses that Orlando Pirates has an instruction of scoring a goal in the first quarter of their Caf Champions League match against Las Cure Waves.

And they stuck to it as Kabelo Kgositsile scored Pirates' equalising goal on the eighth minute into the first half.

They went on to win the Caf Champions League preliminary round match 3-1 at Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday to proceed to the next stage of qualifiers.

“Coach told us that we have to score in the first 15 minutes and I think the guys were motivated cause they wanna reach the final stages of the CAF,” said Rapoo after the game.

“But we knew that when we come here, home, we have like a 12th man supporter, so we have to start in a good intensity, score first and then just keep going and score as many goals as we can.

“We knew what we had to do. They were not gonna beat us at home, so we just had to keep going forward and just creating chances and we knew we were gonna get goals.”
