Only the third Italian club to pull off a comeback! Atalanta matches historic Juventus and Roma Champions League fightbacks

Bergamo's Atalanta has rewritten the history books of Italian football with an astonishing comeback in the Champions League playoffs. After suffering a crushing two-goal defeat in the first leg, the Bergamaschi managed to turn the tide in the return fixture, defeating Dortmund 4-1.

Details: With this victory, Atalanta became only the third Italian club ever to overturn a two-goal first-leg deficit in the Champions League knockout stage.
