One of Everton's key players will undergo a medical examination for the EPL club

One of Everton's key players, Amadou Onana, is on the verge of a move to another Premier League club, Aston Villa.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the player will undergo a medical for the Birmingham club this Sunday.

If all goes according to plan, Onana will sign his contract as a new Aston Villa player on Monday.

Everton will receive £50 million plus a sell-on clause and add-ons, as reported last week.

Amadou Onana had an excellent season at Everton. Playing just his second season in the Premier League, he became one of the key players for his team. His performances earned him a call-up to the Belgium national team for Euro 2024, where he played all four matches in full.

In addition to the "Lions," representatives from Manchester United, Arsenal, and Newcastle have also been monitoring the Belgian. There has also been interest from Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
