Once again without Rodri. The midfielder will miss Manchester City’s next match
Manchester City are preparing for another Premier League fixture, but once again they’ll have to do without Rodri — and Pep Guardiola still has no idea when he will return.
Details: Rodri picked up an injury in the match against Brentford on 5 October, made a brief appearance on 2 November for just a few minutes, and has not featured since. Guardiola has now confirmed that the Spaniard will not play in the upcoming match and is still undergoing rehabilitation.
Quote: “He’s getting better. If that answer satisfies you, then yes, he’s getting better,” Pep Guardiola said.
Manchester City will face Sunderland in their Premier League Matchweek 15 clash on Saturday, 6 December. The game will be played at the Etihad and kicks off at 16:00 CET. At the moment, Manchester City sit second in the Premier League table with 28 points.
Reminder: In Matchweek 14 of the Premier League, Manchester City travelled to Fulham and put on an extraordinary goal-scoring spectacle that entered the club’s history.
