Omar Marmoush and Hamza Abdelkarim treat young South Sudanese to an unforgettable moment after South Sudan v Egypt

The Egyptian national team won 5–0 on 29 September at Juba Stadium, on the second matchday of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Omar Marmoush was one of the key players in this victory, scoring a brace, whilst Hamza Abdelkarim also found the net. But after the final whistle, the afternoon was not over for the two Egyptian internationals.

Omar Marmoush and Hamza Abdelkarim shared a moment of camaraderie with some young South Sudanese people. The two Egyptian players joined the young South Sudanese on the pitch at Juba Stadium.
