OFFICIALLY. Barcelona have sold a talented defender to a Premier League club

English club Bournemouth has announced the signing of Barcelona's right-back Julián Araujo.

According to Transfermarkt, the transfer fee is reported to be €10 million, and the player has signed a five-year contract with the "Cherries."

Araujo, a native of Mexico, has earned 13 caps for his national team. Last season, the Mexican defender spent on loan at Las Palmas, where he made 28 appearances and scored 2 goals.

Transfermarkt currently values the player at €8 million.

Notably, Tottenham recently announced the signing of Bournemouth's star striker and one of the Premier League's top forwards, Dominic Solanke.
