Today, Portuguese coach Rúben Amorim officially begins his role as Manchester United’s new head coach. Details about his coaching staff are already emerging.
Details: According to Manchester United’s official website, Ruud van Nistelrooy will not be part of Amorim’s coaching team and is leaving the club today.
Following Erik ten Hag’s dismissal, the former Manchester United striker took on interim managerial duties, leading the team to three wins and one draw.
Alongside van Nistelrooy, all other members of ten Hag’s coaching staff are also departing.
Reminder: Yesterday, Sporting Lisbon played its final match under Amorim, delivering an impressive comeback after trailing Braga 0-2 at halftime.
