The Manchester United board has decided to part ways with head coach Rúben Amorim.
Details: Manchester United officially confirmed on their social media channels the dismissal of the 40-year-old Portuguese manager, Rúben Amorim, who leaves the club after 14 months in charge.
It is reported that Darren Fletcher will serve as interim manager.
Earlier, we reported that Rúben Amorim's future at Manchester United was in serious doubt following his controversial press conference.
Recall, the Portuguese specialist was appointed in November 2024 and led the team to the UEFA Europa League final in Bilbao in May. At the time of the decision, the club's management concluded that a coaching change was necessary.
