Moroccan football club Wydad Casablanca have officially announced the appointment of 61-year-old Tunisian coach Nasreddine Nabi as the team's new head coach.

Details: The Reds' management has completed all legal procedures and presented the experienced coach as the club's new leader. Nabi has been given the urgent task of reviving the team's results and returning the club to the title race following the departure of Portuguese coach Paulo Sergio.

The coach has already held his first training session with the players and begun developing a tactical plan for the upcoming rounds. The club's hierarchy are counting on an immediate emotional boost in the dressing room: the Tunisian coach will take his place on the touchline in Saturday's league match.

It is worth noting that Nasreddine Nabi boasts an impeccable reputation in Moroccan football, having previously coached capital club FAR Rabat with success and challenged for the league's top honors. During his career, the coach has won national championships in Tanzania and the DR Congo on multiple occasions. He also led the Kaizer Chiefs project in South Africa, earning a reputation as one of the continent's most respected coaches.
