Napoli finished second in the Serie A table this season, and the team’s head coach has decided to step down.
Details: Napoli have officially announced Antonio Conte’s departure from his position as head coach.
In their final match of the campaign, Napoli defeated Udinese. Thanks to that victory, the Partenopei finished the season with 76 points, securing second place in the standings, 11 points behind champions Inter Milan.
Conte had been in charge of Napoli since the summer of 2024 and guided the club to the Serie A title last season, while also lifting the Italian Super Cup.
As a reminder: Italian side Napoli could soon find themselves at the centre of one of the biggest deals in the history of world sport.
