Official! Mudryk has found a new Premier League club!
Mykhailo Mudryk is officially starting a new chapter of his career in north London.
Details: Tottenham have officially announced the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk. The north London club confirmed the arrival of the Ukrainian winger through its official channels, putting an end to the speculation surrounding his future on transfer deadline day.
Chelsea have also officially confirmed the move, stating that Mudryk has joined Tottenham Hotspur on a season-long loan. The 25-year-old therefore remains in London but swaps Stamford Bridge for one of Chelsea's biggest Premier League rivals.
The transfer also reunites Mudryk with Roberto De Zerbi. The Italian coach previously worked with the Ukrainian at Shakhtar Donetsk and has repeatedly spoken highly of the winger's potential. Their reunion was one of the key storylines surrounding Tottenham's late move for the player.
Mudryk's move was completed after Tottenham and Chelsea reached an agreement during the final stage of the summer transfer window. The Ukrainian had been linked with several possible destinations, but Spurs eventually won the race and have now formally presented him as their player.
It is worth noting that Chelsea's official announcement states that Mudryk made 73 appearances for the Blues after joining them from Shakhtar Donetsk in January 2023, scoring 10 goals.
