Official: Manchester United sign one of Tottenham's most talented academy players

Under the terms of the deal, the total transfer fee could reach £8 million. Of this amount, £4 million will be paid up front, with an additional £4 million in potential bonuses. Furthermore, Tottenham have retained a 20% sell-on clause for any future transfer and secured the right to match any future offer for the player.
