Today, the Belgian midfielder has officially become part of the Neapolitan squad.
Details: After weeks of speculation and intrigue, Napoli's official channels have confirmed the signing of Kevin De Bruyne.
The 33-year-old De Bruyne joins Napoli as a free agent after his contract with Manchester City came to an end.
Reports indicate that both parties have agreed to a deal running until 2027, with the option to extend for an additional year.
It's worth noting that Serie A will be a brand-new challenge for Kevin. Throughout his illustrious career, he has played in England, Germany, and Belgium, but never before in Italy's top flight.
In what proved to be his final season for City, De Bruyne scored 6 goals and provided 8 assists in 40 appearances, etching his name into the Citizens’ history books.
