Official: Kante and En-Nesyri transfers between Al-Ittihad and Fenerbahçe canceled
The higher authorities refused to meet the clubs halfway.
Details: Today it became known that N'Golo Kanté's move to Fenerbahçe and Youssef En-Nesyri's transfer to Al-Ittihad have been officially canceled due to paperwork issues.
Earlier reports stated that both parties managed to submit the necessary documents in the final minutes of the transfer window, but due to delays, the paperwork failed to pass inspection and receive approval in time.

Hoping to resolve the situation and get another chance to complete the deals, both clubs submitted an official request to FIFA, asking for an exception to allow the transfers to go through. However, FIFA was adamant and denied the appeal.
As a result, Kanté will continue to play for Al-Ittihad at least until the summer of this season, after which he will be able to leave as a free agent. As for En-Nesyri, his contract with Fenerbahçe runs until 2029, but his future and the next steps in his career after this season remain uncertain.
