One of the stars of Saudi side Al Hilal will continue his journey in Riyadh.
Details: The Saudi club has officially announced the contract extension for the experienced Senegalese center-back Kalidou Koulibaly. The new deal runs until June 30, 2027.
The 34-year-old defender joined Al Hilal in the summer of 2023 and quickly became an irreplaceable asset under Jorge Jesus, and later under Simone Inzaghi. Koulibaly's consistency and leadership have helped the club remain one of the top teams on the domestic stage.
Notably, this season the player has made seventeen appearances for the Saudi club and scored one goal – in the AFC Champions League match against Al Sadd.
Reminder: Al Hilal dropped Darwin Núñez from their Saudi Pro League squad.
