Official: Inter Miami extends contract with Luis Suárez until 2026
Inter Miami has announced the signing of a new contract with legendary striker Luis Suárez.
Details: The new agreement between Luis Suárez and Inter Miami runs through the end of the 2026 MLS season. The Uruguayan extended his contract after a historic 2025 season for the club, which was his second campaign with Inter Miami. Suárez, alongside the team, captured the Eastern Conference championship and lifted the MLS Cup.
In the 2025 season, Suárez appeared in 50 matches across all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 17 assists—an impressive 34 goal contributions in total.
It is worth noting that the Uruguayan forward joined Inter Miami ahead of the 2024 season and immediately became one of the team's leaders. Since then, Luis Suárez has netted 42 goals for Inter Miami across all competitions (the second-highest total in club history) and delivered 30 assists in 87 appearances.
