Official! Fury vs Joshua fight date finally revealed
The wait is finally over! Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are officially set to face each other in the ring.
Details: Netflix has officially announced that the long-awaited heavyweight showdown between two British boxing superstars will take place on Friday, December 11, 2026. The fight will be held at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, with Netflix broadcasting the event live and exclusively to viewers around the world.
The announcement brings an end to years of anticipation surrounding a potential meeting between the two former heavyweight world champions. Despite numerous discussions and attempts to organize the blockbuster clash, Fury and Joshua have never faced each other in a professional boxing match.
Both fighters have already appeared in boxing events broadcast by Netflix. Joshua knocked out Jake Paul in December 2025, while Fury secured a unanimous decision victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov in April 2026.
The organizers have also confirmed that Fury and Joshua will participate in a press conference in London on September 30. Meanwhile, the full undercard and the exact start time of the December event have yet to be announced.
It's worth noting that Fury currently holds a professional record of 36 victories, two defeats and one draw, with 25 wins coming by knockout. Joshua, meanwhile, has recorded 30 victories and four defeats, with 27 of his wins coming by knockout.
