Official: Fulham signs one of Real Madrid's top talents

According to the terms of the deal, the fixed transfer fee was set at €40 million, with an additional €2 million in bonuses. At the same time, Real Madrid retained a 30% sell-on clause, as well as additional rights to a share from any future transfer of the player.
