OFFICIAL: Barcelona extends Gavi’s contract

Barcelona continues to actively secure long-term deals for its key players, bringing good news for the club’s fans.

Details: Today, Barcelona officially announced the contract extension of central midfielder Gavi.

The new agreement is valid until the summer of 2030, whereas his previous contract was set to expire in 2026.

Gavi missed almost the entire previous season due to a torn ACL, but since his return, he has played 20 matches this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists.

Reminder: Yesterday, Barcelona extended Pedri’s contract, and prior to that, the club also secured new deals for Ronald Araújo and Gerard Martín.
