Antoine Griezmann is playing his final season for Atlético Madrid and will not continue his career with the club, as he is set to join an MLS side.
Details: Orlando City have announced that Antoine Griezmann will join the club in the summer of 2026, once his contract with Atlético expires. His deal will run through the 2027–28 season, with an option to extend for the 2028–29 campaign.
On July 29, 2014, Griezmann signed a six-year contract with Atlético Madrid. He immediately became the focal point of the team’s attack. In June 2019, he officially joined Barcelona, but returned to Madrid two years later.
Reminder: Earlier this week, representatives of London’s Arsenal held closed-door talks with the agents of 26-year-old Argentine forward and Atlético Madrid striker Julián Álvarez.
