The future of English forward Mason Greenwood, currently playing for Getafe on loan from Manchester United, remains uncertain.

As reported by The Athletic, even if the "Red Devils" express a desire to recall Greenwood to the first team, the player will decline such an opportunity.

This stems from Greenwood's resentment toward his home club for the lack of support during an investigation when Mason faced allegations of domestic violence.

It is also noted that Greenwood enjoys his time in Spain, and three of the country's premier clubs – Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Atletico – have expressed interest in him.

In 22 La Liga matches for Getafe, the 22-year-old Englishman has tallied 5 goals and 5 assists.
