Kwara United head coach Suleiman Ashifat has applauded his team’s resilience following their 1-0 victory over Nasarawa United in a Matchday 32 encounter.
The Ilorin-based club edged the contest at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Saturday, with a disciplined performance proving enough to secure all three points.
Reacting after the final whistle, Ashifat praised his players’ fighting spirit and reiterated their focus on sustaining their top-flight status.
“We will continue to work hard to achieve our league status,” Ashifat told the club’s media after the game.
