NPFL: Rangers Technical Adviser Fidelis Ilechukwu Denies Exit Rumors Ahead of Bayelsa United Clash
Rangers International FC’s technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has dismissed circulating rumors that he is planning to leave the Flying Antelopes.
Recent reports suggested a possible rift between Ilechukwu and his coaching staff, fueling rumors that the gaffer was contemplating his future at the club. However, in an exclusive interview with the club’s media team, Ilechukwu clarified his position and shut down any talk of an exit.
“All those things are not true… it’s not possible. I have a contract with Rangers,” Ilechukwu affirmed. He further emphasized his professional track record, stating, “In all the clubs I’ve worked, I finished my contract, and I’ve never been sacked anywhere.”
The Flying Antelopes are preparing for a Matchday 16 showdown against Bayelsa United on Sunday, and Ilechukwu’s confirmation of his commitment to the club will provide reassurance to both players and fans.
