The ATP leader, Novak Djokovic from Serbia, will not participate in the ATP 1000 hardcourt tournament in Miami, USA. This information has been confirmed by the journalist Sasha Ozmo. The tournament is scheduled to take place from March 20 to March 31.
Djokovic's last appearance in Miami was back in 2019. Since then, he has faced obstacles such as the COVID-19 pandemic and his reluctance to get vaccinated, which prevented him from entering the United States.
In the recent Indian Wells Masters, Djokovic was eliminated in the third round by the lucky loser, Luka Nardi.
