Nottingham sets price for Gibbs-White for Manchester City
Nottingham Forest has set a price of £100 million for Morgan Gibbs-White, whom Manchester City is considering as a potential successor to Kevin De Bruyne. This decision comes amid City's interest in the midfielder, who might leave Forest this summer, reports talkSPORT.
Gibbs-White, who joined Nottingham in 2022 for £25 million, has become a key player, making 110 appearances, scoring 16 goals, and providing 27 assists. His performance has attracted the attention of major clubs, including City, which sees him as a replacement for De Bruyne.
Nottingham Forest is unwilling to sell the player for less than £100 million, which matches the price tag of Jack Grealish when he moved to City in 2021. If City wants to sign Gibbs-White, they will need to offer a substantial amount.
Morgan Gibbs-White has become a crucial player for Nottingham, which currently sits third in the Premier League and is vying for a Champions League qualification.
