Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is not ready to move to Saudi Arabia just yet.
Details: According to TEAMtalk, the Egyptian forward intends to turn down multi-million euro offers from Saudi Pro League clubs. Despite the financial allure of the Middle East, Salah is prioritizing continuing his career in Europe.
In a surprise development, Turkish giants Fenerbahce have emerged as the leading contenders for the forward. Reports indicate that the Istanbul club has already made contact with Salah's representatives and is actively negotiating a potential transfer. The proposed deal includes a weekly wage of around €385,000.
It's worth noting that this season, the Egyptian winger has played 39 matches for Liverpool across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 9 assists. Transfermarkt currently values him at €30 million.
Reminder: Liverpool have found a replacement for Mohamed Salah for €100 million.
