Not ready yet. Messi will miss another Inter Miami match

The star footballer of Inter Miami, Argentine Lionel Messi, continues his recovery from a muscle injury. Assistant coach Javier Morales confirmed that the forward will not participate in the match against New York City in the regular MLS championship.

According to Morales, Messi is still recovering from a right hamstring injury and is working with physiotherapists. Doctors and coaches are preparing him for the next home game against Monterrey on Wednesday.

"Leo is working with physiotherapists. His participation in tomorrow's match is ruled out. He will not be available because we are trying to do everything possible for him to play at home next Wednesday against Monterrey," - Morales told ESPN.

Recall that Messi has missed not only the last two matches for Inter in the MLS but also two games for the Argentine national team.
