The property in question is a mansion worth around £5.6 million, serving as the main residence for the player and his family.
In his application, the player gave a detailed account of how the estate's vast grounds are used. The midfielder specifically highlighted that the vegetable garden and other garden areas are not just for growing produce, but also serve as space for walking his dog. His comments came as a surprise to fans who are used to seeing Grealish as a vibrant and expressive footballer, not as an enthusiast of quiet country living. It's worth noting that Grealish lives in this house with Attwood and their daughter Mila Rose, who was born in 2024.
