Arsenal travelled to Brugge for their UEFA Champions League Matchday 6 fixture, where one of the Gunners’ players managed to etch his name into club history.

Details: In the 25th minute, Noni Madueke found the net, and as reported by Opta, the winger became the first player in Arsenal’s history to score each of his first three goals for the club in the European Cup/Champions League.

By the way, Erling Haaland is playing his 50th UEFA Champions League match and has already scored his 51st goal in the competition. No player before him had reached such a mark in so few games.

Reminder: In Matchday 6 between Real Madrid and Manchester City, Brazilian winger Rodrygo found the net, scoring his fifth goal in matches against teams coached by Josep Guardiola.
