Nobody is safe at Manchester United! Club prepares massive end-of-season review
A major shake-up could be coming to Old Trafford! Manchester United are reportedly preparing a comprehensive end-of-season review, with absolutely nobody at the club guaranteed protection from scrutiny. The announcement comes amid growing concerns over the Red Devils' disappointing performances.
Details: According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Manchester United will conduct a general evaluation once the current campaign ends. No individual will be exempt from the process, particularly if the club finishes the season in a position significantly different from expectations. The report does not specify which personnel changes, if any, could follow.
The news arrives during a difficult period for United. Michael Carrick's side have endured an alarming start to the Premier League season, collecting just seven points from their opening eight matches. The team are also experiencing an eight-game winless run across all competitions.
Pressure has already intensified around Carrick following the humiliating 3-0 home defeat against Bournemouth. Recent reports suggested that club executives considered replacing the manager before the upcoming clash against Chelsea but could not agree on a suitable successor.
The planned review could therefore become a defining moment for Manchester United's future. However, no dismissals or structural changes have been officially confirmed as part of this process. For now, the priority remains improving results and avoiding another deeply disappointing campaign.
Reminder: Carrick survives at the last second! Manchester United's dramatic plan before Chelsea was recently revealed.
