"No excuses." Shaw harshly commented on Manchester United's defeat

Left-back Luke Shaw of Manchester United stated that the team cannot have any excuses following their recent loss to West Ham (0:2) in the Premier League.

Contrary to head coach Erik ten Hag, Shaw doesn't see the situation in the infirmary as the reason for the Red Devils' performance this season.

"No excuses. This is Manchester United. Any player that steps out on that pitch has to be good enough to win games. That's that. We can't look at excuses.

Of course it's tough, there's a lot of injuries, but if you look across the Premier League, a lot of teams have been picking up injuries, so we can't be making excuses. We know it's not good enough." told Shaw for TNT Sports after match.

Manchester United continues to repeat club anti-records. The Red Devils have gone four matches without scoring a goal in all competitions, a feat not seen since November 1992. Additionally, Ten Hag's team has had the worst first half of the season in over 90 years.
